  • Me too! I am 159.2 now. My goal is to be 153 at the end of April. Gave myself a break this weekend- had a lot of great food and fun. Now I am ready to get back on track. Happy Spring everyone!
  • I started on Sunday. Let's just say Monday was not Day 2. Wow- I definitely had all my trouble spots pointed out- thighs, butt, abs and chest muscles. So sore I could barely go up and down the stairs. So today was Day 2, and I did ok :). Love the workout- quick and effective. Can't wait to see some results!
