i just re-figured my TDEE and it seems i need to up my cals to 1580. ugh. i dont know what to eat! :/

yes, that is Net. everything you said makes sense and i am going to apply it. i never had a hard time getting enough calories, i am not sure why it is an issue now.

THANK YOU!! <3 I am currently taking b6, folic acid, prenatals, C, and drink a lot of water. I do love fruit. :) I still eat dairy, and so it sounds like i may be doing it right! who knew? ;)

maybe i should clarify a few things :) i am eating a Paleolithic diet because it's what i enjoy. i do occasionally enjoy something not 'Paleo'. everyone needs a little indulgence sometimes. also, it may be a fad diet for some, and i can see the pseudoscience aspect of it, as well as a possible placebo effect. for me,…
