This, probably. Processed food isn't bad and won't impact your goals unless there is an overabundance of sodium, which there appears to be. I think most lifters on here eat 80/20 and within macros, so maybe you'll see results with that IIFYM thingy.

Go veggie crazy. For potatoes, they are denser calorically but you can still have them within your calories. Sweet potatoes rock ;). I think people mess up their salads when they have too much cheese or dressing or croutons or chicken and don't measure those items out. As long as you are, enjoy that big divine salad!

You should embrace avocados. They'll get you a lot of healthy fat. Generally, when you're buying products that are "low fat" they are replacing the fat with sodium or sugar or a combination of both just to keep the flavor profile palatable. You'll be so happy when you embrace having smaller portions of full fat products,…

Awesome post. I used to be one of those people who was so down on themselves when I "failed" a day. But everything is progress, and usually, that day of cheating works out and leads to more weight loss, not only because it shocks your body, but because you gain back that steely determination. As long as you are aware of…

I read a few success stories a day. It helps me see what is working for people. Usually it's a combination of calorie deficit and lifting throughout the week. Or some other activity. The best advice I got was getting a scale to weigh my food. If you don't have one, it is probably THEE best tool. Not only to measure your…

I'm sorry if this is inappropriate lol, but your butt is HOT! So perky. Your bod looks great and i LOVE the swimsuit. Amazing job!
-
Yes, this is the perfect answer.

Well, moving of any kind is a good start and with a calorie deficit, will encourage weight loss. So I would recommend looking into some dvd's that you might enjoy, like a Zumba set. It will be a nice way to get you moving and get your heart going. A lot of people recommend Leslie Sansone "walk at home" tapes that take you…

You look fantastic.

Yep, I use a food scale. Related, though, regarding your buzzing potato chip bag (I would buy it lol). There is a fork coming out that tries to make you eat slower by buzzing whenever you take more bites than allowed during a certain time period lol.

I'm hypnotized lol. Her boobs look great in the before. She's just cool like dat.
-
You probably have one of the more amazing transformations. You look just great and should be so f-ing proud!

Love this. I think this is all a marketing ploy in some twisted way and that's what bugs me. Abercrombie's sales have been suffering for years and they are projected to actually lose money this year (well, up until recent consultants swooped in). The thing is, I think this story circulating is going to empower crude little…

This is by no means an argument but I find J. Lo so athletic looking. I would never deem her full figured, even with dat butt. She's very small on top, and very defined. To me, she has a very "fitness model" shape (with, of course, months where she looks softer). Beyonce, I do agree with "full figured" depending on the…

I know this technically has nothing to do with the topic at hand, but I agree to disagree about Jordin. I think she's tall and broad shouldered but I don't consider her full-figured just because she's hourglass shaped. She might not be rail thin, diesel, etc. but she's not "full" anymore. I consider a full-figured person…

I'll be frank. For all the add ins this ends up having, I'd much rather have the cookie dough or the cookie :). But, to each their own. Thanks for posting the recipe all the time.

I want that dirty pizza in my mouth.

This sounds divine. I need to copy and paste this somewhere. Can I use an immersion blender do you think?
-
That doesn't sound weird, that sounds like heaven.

I haven't done it but my in-laws went on the diet where you put little metal balls behind your ears and move them around whenever you are hungry. Oh and you barely eat anything the whole day. I think they were allowed an apple for breakfast and lunch and maybe 3 oz of chicken and veggies for dinner. My FIL didn't last a…

That's great! Yes, I was asking how you were eating while you were losing weight. Typically, I've found a lot of people gain the weight back on if they lost it being super restrictive, which always makes me sad. It seems like you have the right idea though! I'm glad you're back!

Great Wall of China See Wicked on Broadway Boudoir photo shoot (silly, I know)
-
Welcome back! Glad you're here. Why do you think you gained the weight back? What were you eating like before?
-
I second this, and yelp for reviews.
-
If you can't master a healthy relationship with food and indulgence, you WILL fail eventually. Don't be so restrictive.

Does salad in tupperware count? I have a new favorite combo and it does pack calories, but they are pretty good. Baby spinach tomato feta cheese bacon (about three slices crumbled) olive oil/vinegar (or, my fav, Russian dressing)

One day isn't going to ruin all your progress. 3500 calories equals one pound of fat. You didn't eat 3500 extra calories during your cheat meal and probably had a lot of sodium like the above poster said. It's water weight. It ain't that serious. Go on and enjoy your life.
-
Um.... All I can say is WOW.
-
Why'd you change the goal? Just curious.
-
Oh my goodness! Great job!
