You're going to be absolutely fine. Even if (which I think is unlikely) you're the last one to finish, the whole class will be cheering for you. Just push yourself as best you can. It will get easier as you do more of it. Good luck, and have fun!

Nearly halfway through February, how are people doing on their goals? I just started too. I really love that even though I was the last to finish in Monday's WOD by 4+ minutes, everyone was cheering for me the whole time. Now to lose enough weight (and gain enough strength) to do pull-ups. Someday...

My goals for this week are: 2x CrossFit and at least 1x yoga class Have my BMI be in the "obese" (instead of morbidly obese) category as of the official Monday weigh-in (I hit it this morning, so as long as I stay on track this week I should be good).
