I've been doin the video for about two weeks but had to stop for a few days when I got the flu I started again but I'm having back surgery and wont be able to workout for a week. When I start again do I start at level one or two

Level 1 day 7 done. Is it normal that my body isn't really that sore anymore and I'm not sweating as much during thr workout? Or should I move to level 2?

Lvl 1 day 6 done! Definitely feeling my endurance getting better and my muscles arent as sore. No big physical changes yet

I started Monday and did five days in a row took Saturday off due to a crazy schedule, and today I am just not feeling like working out. Will taking two days off in a row set me back?
