I am half way through level 2 but am taking a couple days off related to knee pain, I am doing it again tonight after work to finish the last 15 days. I have no weight loss, but I notice I am slimmer in some ares. I have noticed my back, my husband noticed my thighs and butt.

I just complete mt 8th day. I am little worried about moving to level 2 this week.

I live in Kansas the swim suits come out in January which I have never understood. I bought mine in Feb cause they go fast.

I usually give up meat, I don't think I will do that this year though. I am still working on what to give up. I do know I will be giving up facebook. My husband is giving up alchol.

I feel colder now, I have lost 34 lbs(I don;t know what a stone is) and now have to wear a undershir at work to keep warm. I remember when I started 9 years ago when I was thin I had to wear a undershirt. Less body fat

I to, am in the process of losing 60lbs. I have lost 34lbs and from what I have read from other people. Skin mositizers et strength training help reduce extra skin.

Me to, I have went for obese to overweight. My BMI is about 6.5 point lower than it used to be. :)

Thank you everyone, and yes my daughter has healed fine just a little remaining anxiety at times. And she hates helicopters.
