If your watching tv, do little things when commercials come on (jump jacks, push ups, squats, lunges, running man, etc...). My weakness on the weekends is when I go out and get the munchies or if im bored I eat. Just make sure you eat before you go out and if your bored like me, grab some music and go for a walk/jog. I like to chop up some cucumbers & onions and let them chill in a bowl of vinegar in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes. If that is too strong then dillute it a little by adding water. I like mines strong. Another favorite is chips and salsa. Salsa is low in calories so be careful on the chips you pick out.

To each its own.. Everybody is entitled to their opinion. I personally don't agree to everything out there now a days but at the same time that is on that individual. Yes I am in the same boat. I was doing so good for like a month and then slowly stopped by everyother day then everyother week and so on.... Anyway I just started back and now that I have to cut down I be hungry since I am use to pigging out with fatty foods. Time to get serious and get ready for the summer!
