  • I rub the fish with balsamic viegar, black pepper and italian seasoning. Then saute with a 1/2tsp oilve oil Serve with a salad of grapefruit, spinach, snap peas, and jicima tossed with a little balsamic and olive oil Nice and light and you can work it into the Zone ratio easily
