I eat when I'm hungry. I let my body tell me when to eat. -_-

Whether I'm single or taken, I prefer to have an all female friend list. I'm not insecure about my body, nor do I post intimate details about myself on my page. It's just a personal choice.

I usually just wear makeup for fun, but I do have some essentials in my bag: Smashbox BB cream Sephora's eye brightening concealer Erase Paste A peach toned blush Rimmel lengthening mascara Sally Hansen's clear lip plumping gloss :flowerforyou:

We both work and have three girls ages 10, 6, and 4. We are intimate 1-2x per week.

What about breakfast for dinner?

4 cups of spinach, half a cup of Trop 50 orange juice, a little water and ice in a blender. The orange juice mixed with the spinach makes it delightfully frothy and creamy, plus it's very filling!

Lookin' good! Your hard work has definitely paid off! :flowerforyou:

Congratulations on your road to recovery! Firstly, you are gaining quickly because your body has been in starvation mode for so long and your body is holding on to every bit of nutrition you put into it. Don't freak out, as it WILL even out as your metabolism returns to normal. I would suggest calculating the calories you…

I find it easy to meet my daily water requirements by getting a huge fountain ice water with lemon in a styrofoam cup in the morning and repeatedly filling it with fresh ice and water throughout the day. I tend to drink more through a straw.

I would say go for sushi: Get some sashimi, seaweed salad and miso soup! ^_^

I usually just pay attention to calories. I eat tons of fruit and veggies, so my carbs are always over. I don't let it stress me out because I know I'm eating healthily.

I'll most definitely be dressing up for Halloween, but then again I dress up all year round. Why limit it to one day a year when it makes me so happy? :blushing: Perhaps I'll finish my San of Princess Mononoke costume and wear that. I still need to find someone who will let me borrow their huge white dog for the night…

Thanks for making this thread, OP! I'm also having a lot of trouble meeting my calorie goal every day, and it's set pretty low. It's 11:30PM And I still need to eat about 400 calories. It's definitely not going to happen today, as I'm still stuffed from dinner. :frown: I bought a bunch of nuts today and am definitely going…

I'm 5'2 and my ribcage is 26 inches. You sound pretty normal to me, OP.

Meh, I'm sapiosexual as well as pansexual. In order for me to be physically attracted to a person they must be intelligent and have impeccable integrity. My physical attraction builds as I get to know someone, instead of instantaneously, due to their physical form.

Today I opted for only a splash of soy milk in my coffee instead of a ton of it and to only have 2 of the 4 ounces of salmon at dinner since I filled up on broccoli.

I know this thread is a few days old, but still wanted to give my 2 cents. I was a smoker for 17 years until about 9 months ago when I started using a personal vaporizer. I did not have the withdrawal symptoms as I had trying other methods of quitting in the past, and it's much healthier. My lungs no longer feel bruised, I…

I use honey often, rarely use white sugar, and never purposefully ingest chlorocarbons like sucralose.

That's what I was afraid of. I suppose I'll just have to enjoy it for the delicious, semi crunchy goodness that it is. Thank you guys for your tips. :flowerforyou:

I haven't read the book but switched from cigarettes to a vaporizer 5 months ago. I started with 18mg of nicotine and have steadily decreased my intake. This past week I have been using 3mg strength, next week will be 1.5, then FINALLY down to zero!! I've quit cold turkey in the past, but it never had any real longevity…

I've tried it this way, but it still maintains some crunch. I love the taste and it's great with my homemade tomato sauce, but I'd enjoy it more if I could get the strands to be less crunchy!

Baked at 375-400 for and hour in an inch of water. I've also tried slicing it into strips before cooking, but nothing seems to make a difference.

I've baked spaghetti squash a few times, however I can never seem to get it soft enough for my tastes. Does anyone have any tips on how to get a less al dente consistency?
