i take a Body Pump class at my gym....it combines some cardio and strength training.....start with small weights and work up to the more challenging weights...Good luck :)

sounds like you are doing good BUT the "under the 1200" calories.....ive been told you have to eat AT LEAST 1200 so your body doesnt hold onto it and will burn more.....try increasing your weights also...not drasticly but just enough to start feeling the burn again...your body may have gotten used to routine...change it up…

it might come down to the way you feel and prefer i have heard the same thing from everyone i talked to.......i found for myself that i feel and can do better with doing the cardio first then strength.....i have a friend that does a few min on treadmill the some strength, then to the elliptical and back for more strength…

WELCOME......i still have my junk food...BUT healthier options, like baked potato chips, 100 calorie packs of snack items like cookies and such....but most important...pay attention to portion size and try to save those indulgences as rewards....GOOD LUCK!! THERE IS A LOT OF SUPPORT HERE :)

i have the wii...and wii fit....wouldnt trade it for anything. i also have the biggest loser challenge for the wii...bob has been kicking my butt :).....as for mario bros....you wont be able to play that on xbox, its a nintendo game only. i havent tried the zumba yet on the wii because everyone is sold out in my area :(…

THANK YOU ALL FOR THE SUPPORT!! i have tried the eliptical...that thing is a booger...LOL i managed to stay on 5min last week before i just had to get off. i will try again this week. and i went with a friend to try out raquetball...im actually loving that!
