It has alot to do with BF%. The lower the BF the more you are going to see your muscles, veins etc... Keep working those muscles and lowering your BF% and you will see them soon!! Keep up the good work! :smile:

Have you ever tried hot tea? Of course it doesn't taste like wine, but I love to have a cup of Chamomile at night after dinner. I love wine and beer, but have also found that hot tea can be very soothing and relaxing as well. HTH! :smile:

Love NMTZ here too! I would do like another poster suggested and add in Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. NMTZ is a great workout, but BFBM has more cardio in it, which will should help with lowering your overall BF%, which hopefully will help with the midsection. With my HRM, I always burn more when doing BFBM. That is awesome…

I agree Alexis...it has a lot to do with BF%. I have had 2 c-sections (8 and 10 yrs ago) and my scar is barely noticeable. Mine is also very low which helps out a lot. Just keep at it and you can lose the pooch!

GO *kitten*!! :drinker: We are huge South Carolina fans! Hubby and I graduated from there back in '98! We joke that my kids always say they can't wear anything orange b/c its Clemson's color! :laugh: Even at a young age they know how intense our rivalry is with them!

I was going to suggest the 30DS as well. You can find it for free on youtube. Combine that with the walking you are already doing and that would be a great start! Good luck! You can do it!

Here's mine! :smile: I am 5'8", 40 years old and lost about 20 lbs. I went from 154 have been maintaining around 134 for about 4 months. I went from a size 10 to a size 4. It was so great to finally lose those 20 lbs!

I am always thinking that I hope a dog doesn't come out and bite me! Seriously...that is one of my worst fears when running. I believe they use 3 lbs weights for the 30DS. When I do it I always have my 3's, 5's, 8's and 10's depending on what exercise they are doing. I also use a variety of weights when doing her No More Trouble Zones DVD. HTH! Good luck and have fun! :smile:
