  • I like your thought! Exercise is not just for us but for God too as we are taking care of His temple so that we can better serve Him. That may help me to get active when I am feeling that, with all I have to take care of, I am being selfish to do my exercises instead. Thanks for a new perspective.

  • Hello fellow Oklahomans!!! The weather here at my house today is beautiful but I am stuck at work. A rainy weekend is coming, but the prospect of some beautiful spring weather is greatly welcomed by me. Everyone get out and enjoy the nice weather and get some exercise.
  • The weather is slowly turning acceptable for my outside walks/runs with the rosary and I have received my rosary workout book and will crack it soon to get this show on the road. Thank the Lord for the beautiful spring weather coming around the bend. Have a blessed weekend all!
  • I agree with logging being the best way to go to lose weight. For me, that has been the absolute key. With each food logged, I learned how many calories it was, proper portion size, how much protein, fat, etc. it had and then by using that knowledge it was so much easier to make the adjustments necessary to eat better and…
