I like this. My goal is to get with it on consistent exercise. Can't get that under control now. Always finding an excuse to not start or finish early. I need to change this mindset but it has been a struggle all this year.

I am still struggling with consistent exercise, but feel I am finally starting to get back in the swing of it. Got out of my routine when the kids were home for college break and it has been so hard to get back into the routine of daily exercise. I would say for me what works is NOT giving up anything because once it is off limits, then the desire sets in. If I really want something, then I have a small portion of it to quench the desire and then move on. I don't keep any of my trigger foods on hand so they can't be calling out to me from the pantry all day long.…

I agree for me also, diet is the most critical component to my weight loss and exercise is the extra push for a little less on the scale. If you scarf down so many calories, your exercise can only take care of a few of them.

Awesome job on making a 10 minute mile!!! way to go!

Try to find some exercises to do that don't work your injury but at least get you active and burning a few calories and keeping your muscles in shape. I know this is a frustrating setback, but you can make the most of what you can still do and not suffer too much setback on progress.

Due to bad weather and roads, I could not attend my planned Super Bowl outing and thus I was homebound and bored but at least I ate extremely well and drank all my water. So that was at least a benefit to my ruined plans. Everybody that did indulge, let's get back on track to healthy living.

she was way too skinny at 105, she didn't look healthy and kind of seemed a bit off from her usual happy self I hope she gain at least 10-15 pounds back now that she has won but I am glad she was the winner
