It just feels good to get a workout in first thing in the morning! I workout at 5am and when I started that seemed ridiculously early but now it's not so bad :)

I think that the more you log, the easier it gets (or at least that's true for me). Especially because I have become more concious of what I'm putting into my body. It's unbelievable the quantity and quality (or lack thereof) of food I used to eat on a daily basis (...or in a single sitting).

Those all sound like delicious things to eat for breakfast. I like eat Greek yogurt, fruit and granola; oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins; eggs with vegetables; or cream of wheat with fruit all the time
