Elliptical is definitely my preference. You can speed up and slow down at will - no delay-- change resistance and incline easily as well. Treadmill is not nice on my knees.

Believe it or not - Paula Deen's Taco soup is delicious, nutritious and full of protein and fiber. Under 400 cal for a 1.5 cup serving.

First, congrats on what you have lost. The shakes are not going to help you to learn to eat healthy for the long run. I had a couple days that I had the same problem of not getting enough calories when I exercised - because you do need to keep your metabolism up. Spent time today planning meals, cutting up veggies, trying not to have excuses for eating something other than "the planned meals" later in the week.

Try saying "yes" and listing what you can have and do....stay positive. NO is such a downer

Probably Pizza - but I had better include wine...... I think both are probably my biggest weaknesses. I am trying very hard to save both for special occasions - AND to not eat/drink too much then!
