I love cooking with Cooking Light recipes they offer entrée, sides, salads, soups, and desserts. Some recipes have lots of ingredients others do not but all have lots of flavor. Sunday night made pork chop with roasted apple and onion so good I finished leftovers today and wish there was more.

Hi, I got super bored with 30 Day so I moved onto doing a variety of her Yoga, No More Trouble Zone, Blast Fat Boost Metabolism, 6 Week Abs, etc...her Yoga I like the least. I find it to be very fast paced and not great instruction (I have a little yoga pose knowledge). Try to watch it online before you purchase...I think…

so many great songs...bump for later

Great suggestions from those above...IF the watch still gives you problems contact Polar directly. They replaced a watch for me that was having difficulty. It took a bit of time but they were great to work with. Good Luck

Just for today...I will not focus on the pain of the the workout by punching JM in face durning her workout video instead I will thank her for the results she has given me.

I was in the same place as you in January...Cooking Light has 5 ingredient 15 minute meals that are so easy and yummy. Being single can be difficult on the buget at the store so I recommend meal planning. Many of the indgredients are presented in a different way in the recipes. Good Luck!

love to mix up the videos and getting good results as well as a since of accomplishment...30 Day Shred was to boring to complete as is. Not much weight loss but DEFINITLY loosing inches. Banish Fat and Boost Metabolism is my favorite. good luck! I agree a HRM is the way to go so everytime you know exactly how you did.

Polar is an excellent option. My watch blinked out and they replaced it! Three years after purchase. So happy with it.

Yikes! Almost done with level one and struggle with it still. Jillian says to move on when you are ready but most seem to take the 10*10*10 approach seriously. Appreciate your thoughts.

On my second week with the video BUT am mixing it with her 6week 6 pack and sometimes the Banish Fat Boost Metablolism. The second is a recommendation right on the video if you have the time and energy I say go for it. Have Fun it is a nice change of pace.

I am loving the variety of JM videos but am confused as to how to exercise track them...are they aerobics, circuit training, strength or calistenics? All I know is that I am sweating and grunting no matter which video I do. Appreciate your input. Thanks

Mexican is my down fall so I have lots of practice in this area in treating myself but still eating well. I LOVE chips and salsa so I order the chicken or veggie fajita with no tortilla wraps. No wraps mean I can eat chips. I also love Mexican chicken soup full of flavor and veggies. Good Luck

Be ture to YOU! As long as you are challenging yourself (not getting comfortable ie never changing the pace or duration) and keepng your heart rate up you are doing great. Keep up the good work.
