granola bars are very high in sugar and calories, and not so healthy. raw veggie sticks, ryvitas, a sliced hard boiled egg, hummus, fruit

thanks guys, i'm chuffed. day six today. I think i probably ate fairly decent quantities at each meal today, more than usual.. but the most important thing i am telling myself, is to have three good meals a day, and just leave the table after that. little victories all add up, although it is difficult with many temptations…
