3-4x a week at the gym start off with 30-45 min of cardio (arc trainer) then about 45 min of weights. I switch it up from upper body and lower body. I do abs every time. I ride my bike 1x week about 10-12 miles.

I hope you're right because I am getting a little depressed.....frustrated. I'm not quitting; I thought maybe I just need to up my exercise?

I like it with hot sauce or salsa. And eat it with organic multi-grain chips from Late July. YUMM!!
