The best breakfast you can get to go is at Mickie's. Get a Egg McMuffin with no butter. Very low fat and calories. Then of course a diet coke or coffee with splenda. Maybe a skim free milk.

I say give them away if you really want to lose weight. Or freeze them until you've reached a goal and then maybe give yourself 2 cookies. :cry:

Have you tried Lean Cusine's Sesame Chicken? That is the closest I have come to Chinese that is remotely Healthy and has a good taste. They have another one that is really good. But, at the time I can't remember the name of it. But, if you look when you go grocery shopping maybe you will find it. It is a Asian one.
