I've thought about using Cocoa Butter or Bio Oil but I don't want to invest in any products when the chances of them working are slim.... I have some white stretch marks on my stomach but the rest are all REALLY bright. I got them between 9-12 so it's been some years and they haven't faded :(

I recently found out the cow's milk has blood/pus in it, which is disgusting. After reading on NotMilk I don't want to consume dairy anymore. I think I'll do more research and slowly wean myself off it once my diet is healthy and I am taking necessary supplements/vitamins

I think BOCA burgers were the first "fake" meat I tried. I didn't like them either. I had to Google what GMO meant and ew. I didn't know that.

I have a really hard time on here with meeting my protein, sugar, and carb goals WITH my calorie intake. I have to figure out how to even those out. The advice on eating out - that sounds really good! I'll definitely try that!

Thanks for replying! I added you :) I don't eat a lot of cooked vegetables - mostly raw ones - but I guess I can cook vegetables more often :) There isn't a Trader Joe's near me but I know where one is so if I ever go there I will definitely look for what you recommended.

I eat regular yogurt but I'll try some Greek yogurt :) I've never heard of farro, lentils or bulgar but I'll look into those. I don't consume cottage cheese on the regular but I guess I can start! Thanks for your help!

On the treadmill I walk 2 minutes, then run 1 minute, and repeat for 30 min total. It definitely gets my heart rate up and doesn't get me bored from walking on the treadmill the whole time. Before I workout I like to do some stretches, jumping jacks, squats, and lunges. You could do squats and lunges with weights too :) Do…

I'm going to do some research on iron rich foods because I'm sure I need to be consuming a lot of them. I'm sure my protein intake is not good either.
