Definitely this. It's worked for me. 98 lbs gone in a little over a year and I know I can maintain this.

She is anorexic. She has no muscle, no fat, basically skin and bones. It's really disturbing. I don't think they should be giving people $250,000 to starve themselves.

Agree with this !! A: Your husband needs to pitch in a little bit more with the kids and let you get to the gym or do some home workout. B: I work out on my lunch hour. I have all sorts of healthy meals and snacks here at my desk and my workouts are a priority. You need to make your health and nutrition a priority.

Who is Tracy Anderson and why should I listen to her? I listen to my trainer because he is an expert and I have way more respect for him.

Maybe you should try to counteract their *kitten* food and bring them some healthy snacks to add to the party.

Me too. Don't bother to put it on but if I'm going after work, then I don't take it off.

I have been logging my food for 255 days and I am down almost 72 pounds. 255 days were going to go by anyway so why not make the most of them. It is doable with hard work and determination. Your nutrition is 90% of the battle so make good choices. And good luck on your journey !!!

What kind of protein powder are you using? I have a protein shake almost every day and it's delicious. I don't mix with water, I mix with Skim milk.

I agree. MFP over estimates the calories burned. I use my Polar FT4 for everything including lifting and swimming. It is way more accurate. Just don't forget to adjust the weight when you start to lose.

I'm in total agreement. I currently weigh over 300 pounds but 60 days ago I got myself a personal trainer and now I am in the gym 5 times a week. Losing on average 2 to 2.5 pounds a week. I thought I would hate it too, but I really love it. I do get some looks, but I don't really care about that. I read on…

AMEN !!

Not enough time and not enough weight. Also, increase protein intake for rebuilding muscle.

They make clips to keep the sheets on the mattress. Best investment I ever made.

I bought the same one, Polar FT4, and the strap is not a problem. You don't even feel it. I work out and swim with mine. The watch is waterproof as long as you don't press the buttons under water. The straps are also adjustable, so they should fit anyone.

You are definitely not alone. Mine is at 58.1 and three weeks ago it was at 59.5. The only thing I have going for me is a couple of extra inches in height. I am trying to free myself from my self imposed prison that I have been in for 20 years. I don't really know what took me so long, but I am determined now to do it. I…

Great choice in HRM. I bought the same one a couple of weeks ago and I LOVE IT. It is way more accurate than any estimates on MFP. Since then I have been consistantly losing. Great investment.

I like going with someone because knowing I am meeting someone forces me to get there. Once we get there, I do my own thing.

These are not nay-sayers or negative comments. These are people who are genuinely trying to help you. I have about the same amount of weight to lose and have already had lap band surgery with little results because the band did not teach me how to eat to live instead of live to eat. I have been on MFP with a personal…

The Salads have cheese, bacon, and croutons in them, which you could opt to leave out. Also, if you opt for the grilled chicken without the marinade, you could have the rice and the broccolli and that would probably be closer to 700 calories. Have you also thought about reducing your calories for breakfast and lunch to…

Could you add me as a friend also? I would love to read your blog about 10 reasons...

Get a really good trainer. I have one and he is awesome. He tells me what to do and I do it. I don't have to think about anything except what I am eating.

Thank you for the inspiration. I am only on week 2 and have a long way to go, but you just gave me real hope !!! CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
