We all have are slips. I know I have had my share of them. You will find your way back on and be back on track. It is always good to have a boost from everyone. I know it gives me more will power . Good luck in your weight loss. It may be hard but at some point you will reach your goals.

I myself also have and under active thyroid. I have had this problem for almost my whole life. I have found a lot of helpful info just by google what your diet should be with hypothyrodism. There are some foods that we need to not eat a whole lot of. I wish you the best in getting your protein levels back up.
