We had our VDay dinner a few weeks ago since husband is out of the country right now. I didn't track because OMG I don't even want to think about the effects of a 5 course meal. I just ate healthy foods the rest of the week and hoped for the best. My actual VDay plans are to hang out with my mom. Yup. Exciting. :)

My goal is to track honestly every day, drink all of my water, and make smart choices for snacks. Handful of goldfish might be tasty, but celery and hummus will keep me full longer and has more nutritional value.
