I would say you can increase your intake of veggies if working out for a long session. Plus regarding to your legs, high reps in a range of 10-15 about 3-4 sets will help to get tone.

You can also do simple small form of cardio between sets like 90 sec of jump rope or box jumps. Intervals exercise or burn outs work best for toning from previous experience.

If you are looking to get toned with lean muscle I would suggest not taking any of the pre or post workout products. Just need to eat lean proteins throughout the day along with performing reps in the range between 8-12 should help out. What type of lifting are you doing currently?

Feel free to add me. I was once up to 250 but currently down to 208-205lbs. My advice to run 1 mile couple times a week until feeling comfortable to do more. That something that helped me since I was eating crazy but the running created a small calories deficit

I would do cardio for 20 mins 3x a week follow by circuit training than the other two or one day will be just 35 mins of slow cardio follow by quick core workout

I don't eat anything if going to the gym in the morning. Just a cup of green tea while I do cardio to force my body to burn fat cells first for energy. I quickly follow my workout with oatmeal or a shake.

Feel free to add me. Couple things you might want to try or add to your lifestyle is quinoa, spilt peas, lentils and wheat germ. Which they all provide a good source of protein. I like eating cooked quinoa but chilled for a salad later.
