It depends on what your craving most of the time. I find it you craving is sugar, I would suggest cutting out process sugar for week or two so your body will become less depend on it for energy. Replace it with fruits such as melons or berries.

Feel free to add me. I log daily, stay being active and once weighted about 25ish pounds but now down to about 200-208 range any given week. I like helping out others on their fitness journey as others did for me. “Small daily improvements are the key to staggering LONG-TERM RESULTS”

I eat just about anything I want to eat in portions. I find eating fruits with breakfast, lunch and dinner helps to keep me full longer. Peanut butter I will eat with apple or celery but at the same time I enjoy chocolate mostly every week. As long you know your working out hard to burn calories I wouldn't worry too much…

I used to drink monster just for taste knowing its bad but it truly has no benefits. I would suggest eating more whole grains throughout the day to keep energy level high. Maybe drink black coffee or beet juice right before working out. I prefer beet juice since it has the same affect of most pre work products

I would suggest adding Lentils, Split peas, Quinoa, Beans and/or Wheat berries to your meals which pack good serving amount of protein. Should help to get you closer to your goal. Fresh tuna steak packs lots of protein

What works for me is setting short term goals to achieve that is not weight driven. For example I have couple goals this month which are running 100 miles before end of month, cutting out sweets for the last two weeks and my overall lifts. I know in the back of my head I will lose weight most likely but more focus on…

I find it to be a phase that will go away once feeling 100% comfortable about your looks and progress that being made. One thing you can do when going out to eat to research some place that has healthy options but will be a new place for both of you to try. Its a normal feeling to have since you want to do everything…

I don't focus on my weight but more setting small goals that will achieve weight loss. For example I target to run 100 miles this month total which will keep me focus on carb-up on some days but keep protein high to not lose too much muscle. I set a goal of dropping couple inches around the waist. I keep setting small…

Hi, Sugar was my best friend without me knowing it until I started to really look at what I eat. Don't get me wrong I still do eat cookies or chocolate but just not as much anymore. I started to increase my fruit intake to offset the process sugar I was eating to help crave that issue. Started to eat more healthy in…

I would suggest focusing on a healthy eating lifestyle first along with rest. Once you start as a full time student again in fall wait to see how your body feel after a week prior to adding an exercise routine. You will have a better understanding what time will work best for you without burning out.

I would suggest doing circuit training to build muscle and help burn fat. Toss in low but moderate weight within some sets
