My weight story

i am 19 and a mother. i am an stna. i will be working 8-16 hrs a day. after working i always feel so hungry , what are some good ways not to binge?....i cant take many breaks to get a drink of water etc

    I find eating high protein food help keep me full along with certain fruits like grapefruit, grapes and melons. I usually combine them with nuts throughout the day
