Have you tried C25k (couch to 5k)? Its a great way to start running if its not something you are used to. I stopped jogging when it got too cold outside but I plan to get back out there in March when it warms a little.

I just started this! My goal is to get rid of 30 lbs by October. 3lbs down so far. UGH! Feels like this is going to take a while. I'd love to have another accountability friend!

Yeah this is what I was afraid of. And I guess if I start working out everyday then I can change the way I reach my goals so I'm no longer sedentary right? Once it warms up a little I'm going to start jogging every other day.
