I make turkey burgers every week for my family and they love them... try this recipe... 1.5 pounds ground turkey 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon Worcester Sauce Diced Onion 2 tablespoons Honey Mustard Salt and Pepper to taste Grill them up with some cheese on top... not dry at all! YUMMY!!

I agree with eating more protein and doing your measurements. Also notice how different your clothes feel. Sometimes it's not the scale that tells you how your body is progressing. I'm doing the Warrior Dash in Maryland on May 22nd! Woohoo!!!! I'm focusing on running outside and total body strength!:wink:
