I did a lot of yogurt today because I had food poisoning on Saturday. I had a small yogurt for breakfast, and a bigger helping with sunflower seeds for dinner. May squeeze in something warm, but we'll see. Also had coffee and Gatorade.

So, I have been assigned a team but when I officially tried to join the group I was denied. So sorry for posting two days late!! I am only two pounds away from my monthly goal!! I am super excited. I forgot that this challenge was by Valentines day, so I'm shooting for 7 pounds. :)

I totally understand how you feel. You get to a good point and are still not there yet, though you felt like you would be. You are doing AMAZING. Keep on going. And just do what I do when you hit a goal and still feel wanting, pick out more skinny clothes online LOL. In the next size down ;)

I have to say I have faded into invisibility. When I was in shape everyone looked at me, now it's like I'm not even there. At first it made me feel bad, but since I don't really fit in with most people anyway, I think I now kind of find it comforting. I have a weird sense of humor and now no one is offended by my shirts…

That you have put this much thought into it proves you are the kind of person who can present the facts in a way that isn't hurtful and will get your point across without being to harsh.
