^this and just wanted to add that I started with JM's 30 day shred on youtube. You can get all three levels and you just need a set of light weights and a mat. Good Luck!!!

I second that as a really great low cal option. I often add a little lemon juice, a squirt of mustard and salt and pepper to give it a little kick and make it more a take on mayo.

I really love this workout too.:heart: I can actually do everything and even keep up with all the moves except for the wheel push ups. I pathetically hoist myself up and then collapse repeatedlyuntil the wheel push up time is over! Besides that little problem this workout makes me feel like a badass!!! :laugh:
