I only record your shape fitness evolved as cardio since it measures calories and is a very good workout. All the other games I just chalk up to normal daily activities and dont record. Was thinking about getting the Biggest Loser too.

Alot of things play a factor in weight loss from what im finding. Try mixing up your exercise, maybe throw in some circuit training to break your routine up.
