Hi, I'm getting back on the wagon too. Its been 4 weeks now. I have a long long ways to go and am one that easily gets discouraged. About 10yrs ago I lost about 100 pounds but since then have gain almost all of it back. Need to get that off and more.

I started at 340lbs After 2 weeks i noticed a change. I did not have to dance to get into my pants. my April goal is to start walking, 1/4 mile and increase 1/4 mile each week. Increase plain water intake. (I was drinking soda all the time cut back to the flavored water with 0 calories now need to drink plain water so i don't crave the sodas)
