I would watch your sugar and carb intake. Try eating for veggies & protein for snacks.

I did the 3 day military diet and lost 4 pounds, but as soon as ate normal i gained it back. It may be a good jumpstart to your weight loss journey, but eating healty and excerising is much more enjoyable than this diet.

I been packing a huge zip lock of spring mix lettuce and then I have enough to change up salads during the week. I like to add: - cucumber - carrot - cherry tomato - hardboilded egg - turkey bacon - shredded cheese - salad dressing If I am craving something sweet I like celery and carrots with peanut butter for my dessert.…

Greek yougurt English Muffin with Peanut Butter Grapenuts with skim milk Protein Bar Egg Muffins - Take eggbeaters, spinach and mushrooms. Spray a muffin pan with non stick spray fill these up and bake until bubbly. I reheat them throughout the week.

Love spinning... great cardio workout that burns calories without all the pressure on your knees. The instructor should show you how to set-up your bike. During the class the instructor will tell you when to add resistance. Do it at your pace. If your legs are burning stand up it helps.

What about the sugar in greek yougurt? I eat the dannon oikos ff for breakfast and it has 20g of sugar. Wondering if i try switch to eggs if i will see a big difference in weight loss?

I think it's good to look forward to something and it make you try harder. Plus the item you are choosing is within your calories. Sometimes when you say you can't have something it makes you want it even more!
