i have my coffee EVERY MORNING. Then throughout the day i drink water, water, water.....and when i need a kick for my taste buds i add Crystal Light Raspberry Lemonade to my water(its soooooooooo good!!).

I think ultimately it comes down to DEDICATION!! You have to want it bad enough. I think we all know what to do in order to achieve what we want....but without the SELF CONTROL it wont happen. Peppermint, raisins and jello pudding.
