OMG!! Thank you so much for this! I've been meaning to start incorporating my kettle bells back with my running during my 'rest' days. Even I can manage 25mins every other day.... I just needed a good kick up the backs*de :smiley:

It's my first time doing Insanity, I'm on day 5 and I have no upper body strength all. I'm not following the meal plan, but doing my best to curtail all the junk food. ETA = Would love so see some results as well on MFP

I wanted to stop holding in my tummy, I wanted to fit superbly into my jeans, I wanted to stop loosening my belt when I sat down :-/ most of all I wanted just to be a yummy mummy, lol! But in all seriousness, me eating more healthily means I make better choices when shopping for the house, so everyone gets the benefit.
