I ride the bike and had the same type noise. LBS found out it was in the steer tube. They tightened it up and not had a problem since. Hope that helps.

From someone who wore suits 5 days a week, I would have a few of both. Just make sure you are fitted by a professional tailor.

I had a pair of aero bars added when I was doing more triathlons. It was nice to get into an aero position on long flat courses. I never used them in group rides, did not feel comfortable in pace line. However, it was nice to have on longer rides by myself. Don't know if I answered your question though.

As many have stated, "MFP" does not work, YOU do. What it does for me is gives me a way to look at what I am eating regarding calorie intake and adjust my lifestyle to stay within limits. I am not as diligent as some at logging daily, but keeps me honest in a way. Good luck to you in reaching your goals.
