I suppose he could start eating back like maybe 200 extra calories and then move it from there - As he should certainly get something extra back for taking so many steps even if it is at a slow pace

That is what our main concern is that the fitbit app is giving him back wayyy to many calories and so we are just wondering what percentage of those should he actually eat back

Not sure why everyone is talking about logging food properly - He logs everything down to the gram so his food is logged properly --- I am only referring to the fitbit sync when it brings in his steps and gives him extra food calories to eat because of it as he gets about 22-25k steps in a day now

I restarted yesterday - I lost 68 lbs and then gained 55 lbs back - I need to lose a minimum of 137 lbs and really want to lose at least 87 by the end of the year when I graduate

Yah I know the ice cream does not hurt the problem occurred when i switched from my ice cream 160 cal to my large vanilla shake 500-1000 calories lol

YAY They fixed it I know its an accomplishment of what I have lost but me logging daily is an accomplishment to me and its very important to me to see that number increase every 5 days! So glad they could fix it !

I have found if I eat a super big lunch that I hardly eat anything at night time where as if i eat a normal lunch at night time i eat my normal dinner and then i still end up eating a dessert However I don't do big lunch often as I do like spreading my meals out most days
