  • I hope on my elliptical and earn some calories to cover me for dinner - If you don't have elliptical walk around the block - Look up youtube videos of zumba or 30 day shred and do a session - Anything to get yourself moving to earn enough calories for dinner.

  • I started off having cheat days Then I switched to cheat meals And now if I want to have a cheat meal or day I earn the calories by working out for them I feel better knowing that I have earned my fave foods

  • I do it for 1 hour a day and I am also about to kick it up a notch I make sure that I eat all my calories alloted to me from MFP which is 1370 then I make sure to eat back at least 1/2 of my workout calories

  • I am 44DDD and was just coming to research this problem because I was going to do the 30 day shred and hurt like crazy after trying to do the first set of jumping jacks and as you said holding them with one arm does not work so i ended up quitting it because it seriously made my boobs hurt
  • I say empty your bladder as much as you can and just wear a pad this way it soaks up anything that my spill out and if your bladder is empty to begin with it wont be very much enough that a pad will cover it
