Just found out today my triglycerides and cholesterol are high. Not super high, but high enough. I plan to start watching carbs like a hawk (I had started earlier this week anyway) and hitting the gym at least 4-5 times a week....friend me, we should stick together in this.....I also signed up for a progress program…

Welcome! I had the same thought when I joined. I was drinking two or three coffees a day (I work in an office) and I was adding four or five creamers to my coffee. At 50 calories a pop....Well.... Feel free to add me! I'm on every day! That goes for anyone!

I haven't been diagnosed yet - Dr wants me to try other options before agreeing I have CFS. I can guarantee I have it ! I'd love to chat. :)

I work in a urology clinic. Try kegels! Those should help. If not try to see a urologist...they have something called pelvic floor rehab that can help you strengthen those muscles!

You did get me. But let me come back with this. 1 cup oats 2 mashed bananas Use small scoop to put on pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Yields about 12 cookies at 45 calories a piece. Enjoy!

It's a good chance to make a friend and ask! It's open for a reason. I've had plenty of people go "Ewwwww" when I say I drink Vanilla Almond Milk. I said the same thing before I started drinking it...my boyfriend turned me on to it. I highly suggest it!

I do the Body shakes - two a day. I think as long as you log these shakes and stay within your calorie intake you should be fine. I do mine with Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and some protein powder with rolled oats. Keeps me full and is around 150 calories. Two of these = 300 cals.

I can't top it but I'm close. Think my last time around I was at 63 or so. I'm 5'1 and weigh 195. Sixty pounds to go!

My boyfriend is the same way. He's in the gym almost every single day...he's definitely my biggest motivator. Coming from a large family, some of them can't understand why I'm doing what I'm doing, so some days I really struggle. Thanks for reading!!!
