Protein shakes along with other supplements are just that.. Supplements. They can help supplement in a deficiency in your diet such as the obvious, protein, amino acids, omegas vitamin c etc. not necessary but helpful

I don't do the cardio warm up before, I just stretch real well, hop on the foam roller and do a couple warm up sets for that muscle group.. I do cardio on separate days, or a hiit session after I lift

Do a10 minute light warm up.. Then lift some heavy *kitten* weights... Id do cardio on non lift days, or do cardio after you pound the iron

Depends.. 1 cup of cooked oats with Splenda and strawberry jelly, sometimes I'll add peanut butter.. I also make with my protein powder, throw in some fruits.. Make it with vanilla almond milk and throw in cinnamon
