I am 5'2.5", so pretty close to your height. Current measurements are 35/30/37. Wear medium tops, size 8 bottoms mostly, some 6's, 36D. Weight is around 146.

You alternate sweat and sculpt.....so sweat one day and sculpt the next. You do each 3 times a week. An ripper starts immediately after sweat. The I/II is just the level. You do I until you feel ready to move on. Hope that makes sense!

Well, your body may be retaining water as your muscles recover from working out. It's not a true gain.

Ok, so I guess I have a small frame now. My finger and thumb overlap!! Just a few months ago I had a medium to large frame. Guess my wrists shrunk! That calculator gave me 104-119 lbs for a small frame and 115-130 lbs for medium. My goal is 130. I honestly can't see myself looking very healthy any lower than that!

I have no problem with bikers when they are on a trail and not a busy road at rush hour! What irritates me is when bikers are on a road and don't follow the rules of the road.

I have always had muscular legs. I am 5' 2.5", 148 lbs and my calves are 14 inches.

It sounds like you are an hour glass shape. I think the stomach seems to be the last place for many people. I am an apple shape, and that's definitely where my fat is hanging on. My sister is a pear shape. She has a flat stomach, but is trying to trim some fat from her hips and butt.

Yes, like the other posters said, definitely water retention! Sodium! Just drink a lot of water and you will be back to where you were in a few days.

That is so awesome!! I have a large plastic storage container that I've been putting clothes I've been shrinking out of. I want to give my nice work pants to the non profit, Dress for Success. I found a couple pairs of pants for less than $6 at Goodwill yesterday. One an 8 and the other a 10 petite!

I have been doing Power 90 since 4/6/11. I don't think it's bad at all. Just start out slow so you don't wear yourself out. You will hear Tony say that on the DVD.

5-6 times a day. I have breakfast before I leave for work (7-ish). I usually eat baby carrots and a string cheese as an a.m snack (10-ish), then lunch a couple hours later, then some fruit or something around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. We usually eat dinner around 6.

The number that website gives should be the total amount of calories that you actually eat. You don't need it to be the net amount.
