I have similar weight to lose. Started at 232, currently 219.5 and my ultimate goal is 140 and I'm very excited to see 175 again. We can do this!

The frozen Chicken Tikka Masala is soooooo good. Perfect size, perfect spice. yummm. I also love their premade salads, like Lemon Chicken Salad. The guiltless Mac and Cheese is tasty. And I like their greek yogurts for breakfast.

I'm 5'7" and 230 lbs right now (Damn that number looks large in print). I want to get to 140. In high school and most of college I was about 175, but since I broke my tailbone and stopped horseback riding competitively the weight has been creeping higher and higher.

C25K !! aka Couch to 5K. I use the iphone app but there are podcasts and a lot of people on here do the program. I'm not a runner at all but I'm finding to easy to follow and build my stamina. http://www.c25k.com/

I just started today. Was a bit sore after doing the elliptical yesterday but trudged through. I bought the iphone app which makes it really easy.
