Not so much a dance thing, but when I get on the elliptical, I'll be rocking to some Six Feet Under. It pushes me through my workout like nothing else

The protein should be fine. You need that for muscle anyways and the more of that you carry, the more fat your body will burn. I've mostly been keeping an eye on calories, fat, and sodium.
