  • I did my body test again today, and in the 5 or so days that Ive been using MFP and Wii Fit Ive lost 5lbs, I cant believe it! So so chuffed :) I feel like muscle is beginning to build in my legs, which is just wonderful as there hasnt really been any there in years. Just hope it carries on and gets stronger :)

  • I feel your pain! I was advised by m doctor to give up all caffeine, Ive managed it but I was not a nice person in the mornings especially for a while. I now have either decaff coffee with lactofree milk (27 calories a cup) or black tea and 3 sweeteners (2 calories a cup), Im still not quite in love with the black tea…

  • Atikins advantage break bars or brownie bars. The advantage bars are 130 cals, 2g carbs and 17g protein, the brownie bars are a little worse but taste gorgeous!
