  • I'm laying off the pop but keep the drinks, keeping my wine drinking in moderation or slicing it with some juice or watering it down with ice a bit. Keeps me on track calorie wise but lets enjoy with all of my friends

  • Eat apple sauce, sounds weird but I've learned to listen to my body. Usually when I'm craving something sweet my blood sugar is low. So if I'm going to eat sweet I'm going to limit my amount and eat healthy
