I walked and still walk between 1 hour and 1.5 hour daily. It helped me lost weight and now maintain my weight

It did work for me. I lost 10 Kg (22 lbs) in approximately 4.5 months and reached my goal weight. I am 5'9 (1,75 m) and now my weight is between 60-61 kg (132-134 lbs). I have been maintaining this weight since June. One thing you should know is that exercise is the key too. I started to walk and still walk between 1 hour…

Walking is working for me. Lost 20 lbs in 4 months. I walk on average 5 miles per day during the week and up to 8 miles during the week end. I walk 45 mins on my way to work, 15-20 mins at lunch time and 20-30 mins after work. I love it.
