It can store your data for 7-10 days in great detail without a computur connection and very basic data for 30 days (you lose the x steps taken at y time at that levl and just get a steps per day) I've never had it take 15-20 minutes to sync either - usually more like 3 minutes…

The calories on your fitbit are lower because your fitbit has no way of really measuring exertion, only steps. If I do a 30 Day Shred workout, it logs my 1500 steps or whatever and counts them as if I took 1500 steps in a short period of time - it has no clue how hard I was sweating, how hard my heart was beating, or how…

The treadmill site is about 10-15 calories away from what my heart rate monitor tells me, so I find it to be pretty accurate!

I found this calculator to be pretty close to what my HRM says. According to my HRM, my last treadmill workout burned 126 calories. According to the calculator, that workout burned 116. I have an FT4 and an FT60. They work equally well but the FT60 has a lot more options as far as telling me how good my burn was, how I'm doing for my goals for the week, etc etc.

I have the same issue, hill, and am feeling most of the burn in my leg that is back.

On weekdays it's two granola bars. On the weekend, it's a cup of Special K cereal and milk. I've never been a big eater in the morning, the fact that I consume ANY food before 10 am is new in the last few years.

My Wii Fit measures within 0.4 pounds of my doctor's scale.

My husband works 6:30 pm to 6:30 am. He calls his meal when he gets up around 3 pm breakfast, eating supper with me is lunch, and the food he eats overnight at work is supper and evening snacks.
