Since your daily goal is determined by your weight loss goal (1 or 2 lbs a month, or custom) you are able to eat back the calories you burn and still lose the weight you were aiming for. This is a good idea! I was wondering how many other guys were using this program. I am pretty happy with my results so far! It not only keeps me looking at the foods I eat, it keeps me honest about going to the gym.
