Add me! I started at 280, lost 100 pounds on keto. Stopped for a number of reasons and went back up to 233. Decided last week that I was done with this, back to Keto I go. Down 3 pounds in the first week again.

You look great, and so much younger!

Wow! I started at 280 and I'm at 197 right now. My goal is to weigh what you weigh, so it was great to see you started where I did and are where you are now. I can't wait until I'm there!

I track carbs. I have learned that I am extremely carb sensitive. I aim for 25 net carbs or less a day and have lost 80+ pounds in 11 months. :)

I am in the same boat! I started in a women's size 28 and am down to an 18 in pants. My tops were 3X and are now a regular XL. It's AWESOME, but I hate that everything I buy is too big a month later. I don't log my sugar-free gum. I don't log my sugar-free Jello (I call that my free food and it makes me feel rebellious LOL). I do log tea, coffee, etc. I take supplements from Xyngular and I log them all as well.

I think if it's really hindering your weight loss, then you should look at it as a true addiction. Alcoholics do not drink alcohol, at all. Perhaps you need to cut chocolate, 100%. Have you tried Quest proteins bars? You get them at GNC, they are the lowest in carbs and sugar and I love them. They make a chocolate fudge…

Congratulations! I know how excited I will be when I see the scale start with a 1 instead of a 2. :) I only have 15 pounds to go, with 65 lost since January, so I know I will get there soon. Great job!

This is the exact reason that I got a FitBit Flex!

I love them, and they are the only bars that fit the low-carb profile I want. I like to cut them in thirds, smoosh em a bit, and bake them at 350 for about 8 minutes. Yum!

I eat very low carb, and have lost 61 pounds since the end of January. I also take supplements, which is another touchy story in these groups.
