Yep I do it too. Most around that time of month. Its very hard for me to control it then. I can other times. I workout alot so I get alot of extra calories. I also have days like that. Mine tends to happen (sorry guys) around that time of the month. I do heavy workouts so I get alot of extra caleries, however I still try not to go to far over my 1200 per day. So that when I dont have them I will not feel to deprived.

I would love to see a size 9. Anything more then that and I would most likey be dead. 7 would be even better but we will see. At almost 50 I dont know if I can get that small and still be heatlhy. :laugh:

If you know your going to eat more then excerise more. Thats what I do. I get together with Friends on Sat. night so I try to burn more caleries during the day. Instead of beer I drink Vodka and either light or sugar free kool aid. Yeah my friends laugh at me but they are not 50+ pounds overweight. I dont have a problem…

Most likely since its nice outside take the dog for long long walk. Does us both good.

Howdy From Texas, I have bad knees so I started with just walking. Start low with maybe 20-30 mins. Depending on what you can do. I prefer to walk outside however also living in Texas the weather is not always the best. I can handle cold and hot (until it gets in the 90's and above) just no rain and lighting. Ellipticals…

Been one my entire life. No matter what weight I was. That end was always bigger. And I pray as I lose weight now that Im older it doesnt go flat. Doesnt bother me. Iam want I am.

Resale shops. When I finally get to size 12 i have tons of jeans saved. But til then resale shops. You can find name brand clothes really cheap if your willing to send the time looking for them. No one but you has to know where they came from or how much you paid.

Im pushing for 6 days aweek and 50-60 mins. This is done on the Elliptical. I used to walk for 5-6 days aweek and for 90mins+. But the elliptical is better on my knees and takes less time. Just Boring. I want the excerise and more calories.

Parking Garages. I drive an SUV and always think the ceiling is too low. Have to hold my hand just above my eyes so I dont see the ceiling, just whats in front of me.

If I know ahead of time where we are going then I look it up online before we get there so I can make better choices. If not and I know early in the day then I plan my workouts and lunch knowing I might have a BIG night.

I will be on meds for the rest of my life, my throid bearly functions. You will start feeling much better once the doctor gets your doses right. Just be patient and dont give up.

Im a big 70's and 80's fan. I love dance music. My fav. and most hate it is disco.

I love to walk and take my over active dog with me. We go into weathy neighborhoods and look at how the upperclass lives. Gives me something to look at to pass the time. If I havent been a certain way in awhile makes more interesting to see if this or that house is finally finished or not.

If you have the calories then eat fruit or yogurt. Yogurt does it for me.

Weight Watchers used say if it has no caffine or calories then it can count as water.

I totally agree. I have lost 18 pounds in two months. It has not been easy nor fast. But I did not put it on that way, and I feel so much better for it. MFP makes it so easy. Wishing you pounds lighter.
